Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders are shipped or dispatched on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Although we strive to maintain timely delivery, shipping can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We exclusively ship within the territory of India.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days from the dispatch date.

Please note, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In the case of cancellation after dispatch, the buyer is liable to pay the logistic charges incurred.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage and Defect Policy

  • Damage during Transit: Our shipments are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, minor damage during transit is subject to shipment handling. For major damage, please contact us immediately. We will address it promptly, offering a refund or redelivery based on your choice.

  • Product Defects: Any defects or damage to the product at the time of delivery should be reported to our customer care team via email or our chatbot within 2 days of receipt.

Colour and Model Variance

Please note that the color of the product may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website. However, the model and functionality of the product will remain the same with no difference.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
